The hair stylist retreat has been created for individuals to come together and learn in an environment which will enable you to switch off from the outside world. Being able to free yourself from the distractions of the modern world, social media, busy streets, mirrors and hectic days allows learning to be at the forefront of the course.
We run a fundamental cutting course, teaching you all aspects of cutting and styling. Being set in the Shropshire hills which is an area of outstanding beauty, you instantly feel relaxed and at peace with the views around you. We look forward to welcoming you at the retreat and are sure you will have a hugely positive experience.
At the retreat after a day of learning, we bring in a specialist to help with your mental health. This is to give you the confidence to grow in a salon environment and as a individual hair stylist.
Learn moreWe will take your skills back to the basics, why we take the shapes we do, why getting lost in a haircut will be the thing of the past, to learn the shapes, the angles, the art of creating any look by merging different techniques together. With an industry which is colour heavy (we love colouring too!) People are overlooking the art of cutting and finding that they struggle with short hair or different angles. We strip it back, break it down, and simplify cutting in a way which will become second nature, you will be able to visualize the cut before you start shampooing.
Not only will we be learning these techniques, we will create a mind set allowing you to totally switch off from the pressures of a busy salon.
